These Terms of Use govern your use of the AuraDraw mobile application ("App") published by Trynova AI.

1. The App

AuraDraw is a visual instrument. You draw on the canvas to create sound, press play to hear your path, and optionally export a take to Photos as Live Photo, video, or audio. You own the takes you create and export.

2. AuraDraw Pro Subscriptions

AuraDraw offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock Pro features (including saving and exporting performances):

Weekly Subscription — auto-renewable weekly plan (3-day free trial where offered)
Monthly Subscription — auto-renewable monthly plan (3-day free trial where offered)
Yearly Subscription — auto-renewable yearly plan (3-day free trial where offered)

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are shown in the purchase sheet and may vary by region.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
