Welcome to Print ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the
security of your information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your
information when you use our mobile application ("App").
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Documents & Print Content: Photos, documents, web pages, and scanned files you
import or create for printing.
- Scan Data: Images captured with the camera and text extracted via on-device OCR when
you use scanning features.
- Print History: Records of items you have printed or saved within the App, stored
locally on your device.
- Printer Information: Names and network details of printers you connect via AirPrint or
IPP on your local network.
- Cloud Account Tokens: OAuth tokens when you choose to connect Google Drive or Dropbox
for cloud import. We do not store your cloud account password.
- App Usage Data: Feature usage, settings, and preferences to improve the App.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, app version, and general
diagnostic data.
- Purchase Information: Subscription status processed by Apple. We do not receive or
store your payment card details.
- Support Communications: Information you provide when contacting us, including email
content and optional device details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To print photos, documents, and web pages using your connected printers
- To scan documents, perform OCR, and export text
- To import files from cloud services when you authorize access
- To maintain print history and document organization on your device
- To manage Print Pro subscriptions and restore purchases
- To discover printers on your local Wi-Fi network
- To improve app performance, reliability, and user experience
- To respond to support requests and communicate with you about the App
3. On-Device Processing
Many core features are processed locally on your device, including:
- Document and photo storage
- Print history and file organization
- On-device OCR using Apple Vision frameworks
- Local network printer discovery via Bonjour/IPP
- Printing through AirPrint and system print services
Your files remain on your device unless you choose to export, share, or import from a connected cloud
service.
4. Cloud Import Services
If you connect Google Drive or Dropbox, the App uses OAuth to access files you select for import. We only
request access necessary to browse and download files you choose. Cloud provider tokens are stored securely
on your device. We do not upload your local files to our servers.
5. Data Storage and Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- Secure transmission using industry-standard protocols where network communication is required
- Local encrypted storage where supported by the operating system
- Keychain storage for OAuth tokens
- Limiting data retention to what is necessary to provide the App and its features
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot
guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Cloud Providers: With Google or Dropbox when you choose to import files from those
services
- Apple: For App Store purchases, subscription management, AirPrint, and system services
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental
request
- Protection of Rights: To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users,
ourselves, or others
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets,
subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations

Our App may use or integrate with the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store / StoreKit: For in-app purchases and subscription management
- Google Drive: For optional cloud file import, when you connect your account
- Dropbox: For optional cloud file import, when you connect your account
- Apple system frameworks: Including Camera, Photos, Vision, and local network services,
as permitted by you

8. Permissions
The App may request access to:
- Camera: To scan documents, ID cards, and QR codes
- Photo Library: To select photos for printing and save scanned results
- Local Network: To discover AirPrint and IPP printers on your Wi-Fi network
You can manage these permissions in your device settings at any time.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete information associated with your use of the App
- Delete documents, scans, and print history stored in the App
- Disconnect cloud accounts and revoke OAuth access
- Cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
- Request information about how your data is processed
10. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the App. Content stored locally on your
device remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. OAuth tokens are removed when you disconnect a
cloud account or uninstall the App.
11. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information
from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us
and we will take steps to delete such information.
12. International Users
If you use the App from outside the country where our services are operated, your information may be
transferred to and processed in other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your
jurisdiction.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the
updated policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after
changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
