1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

LiveAura is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Convert static images into dynamic live wallpapers using AI technology
• Transform videos into looping live wallpapers
• Generate images from text descriptions
• Save and manage generated content

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using your Apple ID. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Credits and Purchases

The App uses a credit-based system for generating content:

• Credits are required for each generation (image or video)
• Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Credits do not expire but are non-transferable

5. User Content

You retain all rights to content you upload or generate:

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload
• You grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our services
• You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Change pricing for credits and subscriptions
• Limit the availability of certain features
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be available at all times
• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Generated content will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
