CleanPhotos is a mobile application that helps you identify and remove duplicate or similar photos from your photo library. The App provides tools for:

• Intelligent identification of similar photos using AI technology
• Batch photo deletion
• Clearing EXIF and location data from photos

3. Usage Restrictions

When using this app, you agree to:

• Use this app only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to modify, decompile, or reverse engineer this app
• Not use this app for any illegal activities

4. Data Security and Local Processing

You understand and agree that:

• All photo processing is done locally on your device
• Your photos are never uploaded to any servers
• Photo deletion operations cannot be undone
• Please backup important photos before use
• We are not responsible for any data loss caused by using this app

5. Paid Features

The batch delete feature of this app requires payment to unlock. Paid feature details:

• One-time purchase, permanent unlock
• Can be used on all devices after purchase (via iCloud sync)
• For refunds, please apply through the App Store

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos in your library. The App only processes your photos locally on your device and does not access, store, or transmit your photos.

This app is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not responsible for:

• Any data loss caused by using this app
• App unavailability or interruption
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
